    Meeting + free valuation

    ≤ 2 days

    We meet at your place or in a café — whichever works for you. I'll view the property, listen to what matters to you about it, and value it honestly. No signature, no commitment.

  2. 02

    Photo shoot + a description written for the specific buyer

    1 week

    My photographer takes the photos, I write the description myself — not from a generator, not from a template. Every word is there to draw in the right buyer, not everyone at once.

  3. 03

    Published on Otodom and with me

    24 h

    I post your listing on Otodom, on my site, on my channels. The first enquiries usually come in the same day.

  4. 04

    Viewings + negotiations — in person, me at every one

    usually 2–4 months

    I don't send an assistant, I don't set up self-guided viewings. Every viewing is me, every negotiation is me. You get on with your life, I run the sale.

  5. 05

    Handover at the notary

    I help gather the documents, schedule the appointment, and go to the notary with you. By the time you're home, the case is closed.

Common questions

What people most often ask when selling.

  • How much does it cost to sell a property with an agent?

    I work on a seller-side commission — paid only when the listing actually sells. We agree the exact rate at the valuation, once I've seen the property and know what I'm taking on. I never charge anything up front.

  • How long does a sale take?

    On my patch, usually 2–4 months. Good photos plus an honest price is the difference between six weeks and half a year — and that part's on me.

  • Do I need to clean the flat before the photo shoot?

    Yes. From my side, I'll help you see what a buyer notices first in the photos. If you want, I'll talk you through simple home staging — a few things to tuck away, a few to add, nothing with a five-thousand-złoty budget.

  • What if I change my mind?

    The agreement is cancellable. No penalties, no blacklist. I do this work in a way that means nobody needs to back out — but if your situation changes, I get it.

  • Do you only work in the Tricity?

    The Tricity and Kashubia. The gminas of Krokowa, Gniewino, Luzino, Somonino, plus Gdynia. Sometimes I'll travel further, if the case is interesting and fits the way I work.

  • Do you offer home staging?

    Yes — included in the commission. Light touch-ups and rearranging furniture. Full staging is extra, but it's rarely needed. Most of the time, four things do the job: light, wall colour, cleaning, fewer pieces of furniture.
