I check finances, I check references, I check that the tenant is who they say they are. I also have a trusted notary for the tenant's voluntary submission to enforcement.

Building plots, agricultural plots and investment plots — Kashubia, Pomerania, the Baltic coast. This is roughly half of my active listings.

The advisor takes no commission from you — the fee comes from the bank, so the recommendation is honest. If a mortgage doesn't make sense, he'll tell you that too.

Service for foreign buyers.
I help buyers from abroad through the Polish purchase process — from getting a NIP (Polish tax ID) to the notary. I know what to check for an EU buyer, and what to check for a buyer from outside the EU (the MSWiA permit, if the situation calls for it).
I have a regular contact with a sworn translator — English and Ukrainian. If needed, I'll arrange translation of the notarial deed (akt notarialny).
